  • How do I make a booking?
    Booking is super easy! Just click the "Book Now" link at the top of our website, and it’ll take you directly to Dineplan, where you can reserve your spot. We do not accept reservations via phone or email to ensure a streamlined process for everyone.
  • Are you Halaal?
    Our coffee shop is not Halaal as we do serve pork products. However, our hot chocolate tasting is Halaal-friendly. The baked goods used in the tasting are produced off-site at a Halaal-friendly bakery. All the powders are Halaal-certified, and while the biscuits aren’t officially Halaal-certified, rest assured, there are no pork, meat, or alcohol products involved.
  • Are you wheelchair-friendly?
    Yes, we’ve got you covered! There’s a ramp through the Donford entrance on the far side of the building, and another ramp inside that leads up to our cafe.
  • What are your booking terms and conditions?
    For groups larger than 10, we require a small, non-refundable deposit, which will be applied towards your bill. You’ve got a 15-minute grace period if you’re running late before your booking is released. Changes to your booking (like reducing the number of guests) should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. If your group size increases after you have made your booking, we may not be able to accommodate the extra people due to space limitations. All bookings are for a maximum of 2 hours. Tastings are limited to 1 hour. Bookings for special events or high-demand dates may have different terms—these will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Do you offer walk-ins?
    Yes, we do! But to avoid disappointment during busy times or special events, it’s best to book ahead.
  • What are your operating hours?
    We’re here for you Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Sundays we’re closed, but some Saturdays we stay open late—keep an eye out for announcements!
  • Do you cater for events or private functions?
    Absolutely! We’d love to help make your event special. Just drop us an email at info@revvedupcafe.co.za for details and availability.
  • Can I place orders for takeaway?
    Yes, you can! Pop in to place your order for pickup, and we’ll have it ready for you.
  • Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?
    Unfortunately, not at the moment. But we do have milk alternatives like almond, oat, and lactose-free options.
  • Can I host a small meeting or gathering at Revved Up Cafe?
    Definitely! We’re happy to accommodate small groups. If you need a reserved space or have special requests, just make a booking online or reach out via email.
  • Do you have Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, we do! Feel free to connect and stay productive (or just enjoy some scrolling) while you sip your coffee.
  • Is parking available?
    There’s street parking nearby. It can get busy, so try to arrive a little earlier during peak times.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome in our seating area. Just keep them leashed and close by.
  • Can I order a custom cake or special dessert for an occasion?
    Yes, we can make that happen! Email us at least a week in advance, and we’ll work with you to create something special.
  • Do you offer vouchers?
    Yes, we do! Our vouchers make the perfect gift. Email info@revvedupcafe.co.za to get yours.
